Florida TSA is always in need of more judges, especially those who have an industry background in a specific area of need. With students competing in so many different fields of technology, everyone has an event in which they can contribute their knowledge and experience. Please join us for the 2024 National TSA Conference & Competition, Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando, FL, June 26 - 30, 2024. We have three categories of volunteers! Something for everyone who wants to experience this fabulous event. Use the links below to sign-up.
General Volunteers – opportunities include unloading and loading of conference supplies, preparing, and delivering State Delegation boxes, handing out daily volunteer lunches, and distributing gifts at the daily Advisor Update meetings and checking badges, dress code, and bags at each of the General Sessions.
Competitive Volunteers – opportunities include serving as timekeepers and assisting coordinators with events including Drone, Flight, Problem Solving, Solar Sprint, and VEX Robotics.
Judges – we need 2 judges per event, all judge opportunities are on-site. If you are affiliated with a MS, please sign up for HS events. If you are affiliated with a HS event, please sign up for MS events. If you are affiliated with both MS and HS events, please sign up as a general or competitive event volunteer. If you have no affiliation to MS or HS, choose any event.
Please sign up now! Judges will receive a daily badge to access competitive events and a small gift. Judges with events scheduled between 11 – 1 will receive a complimentary lunch box. If you need help selecting an event, contact Martha Jane Flynn, Judge Manager, and she will gladly help select an event that best fits your interests, time, and energy. WJudge assignments will be confirmed via e-mail.
